 AIBD's plan ensures that each First Nation holds a significant stake in projects developed on their Traditional Territories. The long-term vision focuses on empowerment through skills development, allowing First Nation communities to work with the AIBD management team. As community members gain expertise and training, they will eventually transition into professional management roles, taking over from the Project Managing General Partner and guiding the project into its next generation.
